After a unanimous vote [well err Shawy and Banksy moaning really] the inaugural Neil "Magnum" Ellison snooker tourney has now been placed in the pending tray in favour of a good old fashioned sprint down Wigan Lane starting at the Millstone at about 8 ish on Friday 4th Dec. Sounds good to me.

Early favourites in the betting to see the night out include hardened boozers such as

Keith [8/15] and Danny Connor [evens]

A useful point to stop the rot in a game we could not afford to lose.

Hopefuly we can get back to basics and move on from that.

Steve Biddlestone leaping like a young Bob Latchford [minus the beard] to grab a point.

Squad looking a bit threadbare at moment but were hanging in there and things will turn around soon
