About Us  

Greyhound Athletic  FC has been set up this year, alot of the players played for a team I ran in the previous years called Belper Nags Head FC. I have been running the team for 3 years now and in this time we have made some great signings in players and steadily improved our game to put a challenge in for The Derby Taverners Inter One Division Championship this season. The lads have some great individual qualities and if we can use these aswell as play as a team we will be a force to reckon with this season.  As well as being sponsored by MAB Plastering last season, we have just managed to secure a sponorship deal with Fresh and Fruity Green Grochers and Tow Bar Direct to fund our new football kit, along with a move to a new pub things are definatley looking up this season.

Whitemoor Recreation Ground , Whitemoor Lane, Belper , Derbyshire

The ground is next to the pub we play for Greyhound Inn, there is extra parking there and food is put on after games for team members and spectators.
