Humberstone Rangers F.C 11 v 6 Sporting Wigston

Victory!

What a way to finish the season!! Hat tricks for Hursty and Jayes, his fourth in a row, two for Giff, making it 100 in two season (awesome effort), Macca, an own goal, and a brilliant solo goal from Geary rounded up the goalfest.

Hursty was Shaun's MOM, but I gave it to Geary who was simply brilliant on the day, as he has been since his return at Xmas.

Sporting went 3-2-5 second half having gone four down at half time!!

Shaun would like to thank all the lads for a brilliant season and look forward to the Presentation night on the 21st. Please make sure all the lads get down there with their other halvers and make it a night to remember!! (I know you love Shalamar Mr Green!!)

Victory!

A scintillating display by Humbo brought another three points and keeps us in the promotion race with a game to go.

Four from Jayesy, including Humbo's landmark 100th league goal of the season, Giff, Hursty, Geary, Castle and an early own goal completed the goal tally.

Just Sporting Wigston to come next Sunday, and a defeat for them at Magna on Wednesday could mean a 2nd place for Humbo if they beat Sporting next week
