Juno 0 v 1 Hyde United Juniors u15's

Game of two halfs

We had a lot of injures this weekend and changes, and this affected the team.

In the first half we struggled against a team that was spirted and defended in numbers and attacked in numbers. The first half finished 0-0.

Second half we had most of the play but had to watch Juno on the break, and with 10 mins to go Chris stabbed in a ball from a long throw from Josh.

We had chances and Juno had a great chance and Stefan pulled off on of the saves of the season.

This was a great game to win and this could be very important at the end of the season. If we can win games when we are not at our best, it shows a great team spirt. Some times we have to win ugly.

Keep it up lads, team spirt and togetherness will see us through.

Hyde United Juniors u15's 6 v 1 AFC Gee Cross

Started very slowly and gee cross were on top for 20mins, but didnt put any chances away. they were at top tempo and we just were in first gear. We scored first against play and then 5 mins later gee cross scored against play. Just before half time Gary was pulled down in the box, and coby finished the penalty with style.

Second half we just changed gear and that was it, game over. Some great goals.

Well done lads, keep it up

Hyde United Juniors u15's 11 v 0 Poynton Vipers

Great performance, First half was a little flat we scored two quick goals but after that they put 11 men behind the ball and it was hard work. Just before half time we scored two more. 4-0

At half time we changed the formation to 3-5-2 and we when to town on them, we got the ball out wide and got the crosses in behind the back four and the goals started to flow in.

The goals we scored today were very well worked and finished. Kyle scored a Hattrick and so did Asa, and Gary may have only scored two today but he added a different dimention to his game he became the goal supplier setting up about 5.

Macca played very well as holding midfielder today and the defence had little to do but what they did was controlled and the left and right back supplied some great crosses.

Centre mids Kane and coby were very strong yet again.
