We are a friendly group of guys from all walks of life who love football and the chance that walking football has given us to continue the buzz that playing still gives. We do it to have a bit of fun, get some exercise and have a laugh.
With several guys being founding members of sister club, Southampton Strollers, the Striders, started afresh in 2020 and formed a new, independent walking football club in Southampton.
