AFC Moredon was founded in 1965 by a group of local residents. The club initially played in the Swindon & District League, before moving up to the Wiltshire League in 1970.
In 1983, AFC Moredon won promotion to the Hellenic League. The club has remained in the Hellenic League ever since, and reached the Premier Division in 2007.
Recent Seasons
AFC Moredon finished 14th in the Hellenic League Premier Division in 2021-22. The club's highest ever finish in the league was 6th in 2010-11.
AFC Moredon have also competed in the FA Vase on several occasions. The club's best performance in the FA Vase was reaching the third round in 2014-15.
