Barnsley FC Ladies Open Age is a women's football team based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The team was founded in 1999 and currently plays in the North East Regional Women's Football League (NERWFL).
The team has won the NERWFL Division One title on three occasions (2004-05, 2010-11, and 2016-17). They have also reached the final of the NERWFL Challenge Cup on two occasions (2005-06 and 2010-11).

The North East Regional Women's Football League (NERWFL) is a women's football league in England. The league was founded in 1996 and currently consists of three divisions: Division One, Division Two, and Division Three.
The NERWFL is affiliated to the Football Association and is a feeder league to the FA Women's National League. The league's champions are promoted to the FA Women's National League North, while the bottom two teams in Division One are relegated to Division Two.
