The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and Division One. The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the Sussex County League Division Two, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One. The top two teams in Division One at the end of the season are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Worthing and District League.
The league cup competition is the Worthing Town FC Football Festival Cup. The cup is contested by all teams in the league. The winner of the cup qualifies for the Sussex County FA Intermediate Cup.
