Introduction
The Brighton And Hove District League (BHDL) is an amateur football league involving teams in and around Brighton, Hove and Worthing in England. It was established in 2014 following a merger between the Brighton, Hove & District League and the Worthing & District League.
The league currently has 16 teams competing in a single division. The season runs from September to April, with each team playing each other twice. The top team at the end of the season is promoted to the Sussex County League, while the bottom team is relegated to the Sussex Downs League.
The BHDL is affiliated to the Football Association and follows its rules and regulations. The league also has its own set of rules, which can be found on its website.
The BHDL is a popular league with a good standard of football. It provides a great opportunity for amateur players to compete at a competitive level.
