Herts Advertiser Sunday League

The Herts Advertiser Sunday League is an amateur football league in Hertfordshire, England. It was founded in 1921 and is one of the oldest Sunday leagues in the country. The league currently has over 100 teams competing in 11 divisions.

History

The Herts Advertiser Sunday League was founded in 1921 by the Herts Advertiser newspaper. The league initially had just four teams, but it quickly grew in popularity and now has over 100 teams competing in 11 divisions. The league has been home to some of the best amateur footballers in the country, including former England internationals Kevin Keegan and Gary Lineker.

Herts Advertiser Sunday League action

These competitions are open to all teams in the league and provide a chance for teams to win silverware.
