Sceptre Sunday Football League

The Sceptre Sunday Football League is an amateur football league based in Essex, England. It was founded in 1972 and is affiliated to the Essex County Football Association.

The league currently has six divisions, with each division consisting of 10 teams. The season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other twice. The top two teams in each division are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the next division.

Sceptre Sunday Football League action

The league cup competition is the Sceptre Sunday Cup. The cup is open to all teams in the league and is played in a knockout format. The final of the cup is usually played in May.
