South Yorkshire Ability Counts League

The South Yorkshire Ability Counts League is an independent pan-disability football league, managed by a committee dedicated to developing the junior and adult competition.

The league caters for players of all abilities, including those with physical and learning disabilities. It offers a variety of formats, including 7-a-side, 5-a-side, and walking football.

History

The South Yorkshire Ability Counts League was founded in 2019 by a group of parents and carers of disabled children. The league was created to provide opportunities for disabled people to play football and to promote inclusion and participation in sport.
