The Weymouth Sunday Football League is an amateur football league based in Weymouth, Dorset, England. It was founded in 1923 and currently has over 100 teams competing in its various divisions.

The Weymouth Sunday Football League was founded in 1923 by a group of local businessmen and football enthusiasts. The league started with just a few teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has over 100 teams competing in its various divisions.
The league has been home to some of the best amateur footballers in the area, including former professional players such as Steve Claridge and Alan Curbishley.
Structure
The Weymouth Sunday Football League is divided into four divisions: the Premiership, Division One, Division Two, and Division Three. The Premiership is the top division, and the Division Three is the bottom division.
Each team plays each other once in a round-robin format, and the top teams at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom teams are relegated to the lower division.
Cup competitions
The Weymouth Sunday Football League also runs a number of cup competitions, including the League Cup, the Challenge Cup, and the Floodlit Cup.
The League Cup is the most prestigious cup competition in the league, and it is contested by all the teams in the Premiership and Division One. The Challenge Cup is open to all teams in the league, and the Floodlit Cup is a knockout competition played in the winter months.
