Worcestershire Over 50s League

The Worcestershire Over 50s League is an amateur football league for men over the age of 50 in Worcestershire, England. It is affiliated to the Football Association.

History

The league was founded in 1998. The inaugural season consisted of 10 teams. The current champions are Droitwich Spa Veterans Over 50s.

Format

Worcestershire Over 50s League action

The league is divided into two divisions, Division One and Division Two. Each division consists of 10 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams in each division are relegated to the lower division.

Current Season

The current season is the 25th season of the Worcestershire Over 50s League. The season started on 10 September 2023 and is scheduled to end on 22 April 2024.
