AFC Oldham Development is a women's football team based in Oldham, England. They currently play in the Greater Manchester Women's Football League (GMWF), which is the top tier of women's football in Greater Manchester.
The team was founded in 2015 and has since won the GMWF title twice, in 2017 and 2019. They have also reached the final of the FA Women's National League North Cup on two occasions, in 2018 and 2019.
The team is coached by Paul Murray, who is also the head coach of the Oldham Athletic Women's team. The team's home ground is the Moorside, which is also the home ground of Oldham Athletic.
