Brockham First was founded in 1979 by Bill Songhurst and Bob Forester. The club started out in the Shere and District Sunday League, and they have since moved up through the divisions of the West Sussex Football League.
The club's best season was in 2017-18, when they finished as runners-up in Division 2. They have also won the West Sussex Junior Cup on two occasions.
