The team was founded in 2019 by a group of women who wanted to play football after work or on weekends. They started out playing in the Bury and District Sunday League, but moved to the Manchester Women's Flexi-League in 2020.
The team has been very successful in the Manchester Women's Flexi-League, winning the league title in 2021 and 2022. They have also reached the final of the league cup in both seasons.
