Holbrook Sports FC is a football club based in Holbrook, near Derby, Derbyshire, England. They are currently members of the Central Midlands League Division One West.
The club was formed in 1996 and originally played in the Premier Division of the Central Midlands League. They won the Premier Division in 1999-2000 and were promoted to the Supreme Division. However, they returned to the Premier Division in 2003.
In 2008, the club were founder members of the East Midlands Counties League. They remained in the East Midlands Counties League until 2017-18, when they resigned from the league and dropped back into the Central Midlands League South Division.
In 2010, the club changed their name to Holbrook Sports.
The club's home ground is the Welfare Ground.
The club's nickname is "The Brookies".
