Pinxton First Football Club is a football club based in Pinxton, Derbyshire, England. They currently play in the Black Dragon Premier Division South of the Abacus Lighting Central Midlands Football League.
History
The club was founded in 1994 and played in the Mansfield Bitter League until 1998. They then joined the Midland Regional Alliance League, where they won the Derbyshire Junior Cup in 1999. In 2001, they were promoted to the Premier Division of the Central Midlands Football League.
The club finished fourth in their first season in the Premier Division and were promoted to the Supreme Division. However, they were relegated back to the Premier Division after one season due to not having floodlights.
In 2008, the club won the Floodlit Cup. They have also reached the final of the Derbyshire Senior Cup on three occasions, most recently in 2022.
Current season
Pinxton are currently in their 29th season in the Central Midlands Football League. They finished in 12th place in the Premier Division South last season.
