The PlayR Pro Football Academy U10 Pumas are a youth football team based in Oldbury, West Midlands. They compete in the Stourport & District Youth Football League (SDYFL).
History
The team was founded in 2023 by PlayR Pro Football Academy, a FA Accredited Club. The academy aims to provide players with the best possible footballing education, both on and off the pitch.
The Pumas have had a successful start to their history, winning the SDYFL U10 Cup in their first season. They are also currently top of the SDYFL U10 League.
Players
The Pumas have a squad of 11 players, all of whom are under the age of 10. The team is coached by a team of experienced coaches who are passionate about developing young footballers.
The players come from a variety of backgrounds and abilities. However, they are all united by their love of football and their desire to improve.
Stourport & District Youth Football League
The SDYFL is a youth football league based in the Stourport-on-Severn area of the West Midlands. The league has over 100 teams competing in various age groups, from U7 to U18.
The SDYFL is a competitive league, but it also places a strong emphasis on developing young players. The league has a number of initiatives in place to help players improve their skills and knowledge of the game.
The Pumas are proud to be members of the SDYFL. They are confident that the league will help them to develop into the best possible footballers.
