The Herts Youth League is a football league for youth football teams in Hertfordshire. It was founded in 1974 and currently has over 300 teams competing in it.

The league is divided into different divisions, depending on the age and ability of the teams. The Dragons play in the U9 Division 1.
The season runs from September to May, with each team playing 18 matches. The top teams at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom teams are relegated.
