The league is divided into three divisions: Premier Division, North Division, and Central Division. The top two teams from each division are promoted at the end of the season, while the bottom two teams are relegated.
The league cup is called the Roger Stone Memorial Cup. It is named after Roger Stone, who was a founder of the league.
