Workington Reds Ladies First
Workington Reds Ladies First is a women's football team based in Workington, Cumbria. They currently play in the North West Women's Regional League D1 North.
The team was founded in 2012 and has since won the Cumbria County Cup twice, in 2016 and 2019. They have also finished as runners-up in the North West Women's Regional League D1 North on two occasions.
