The North West Women's Regional League is a women's football league in the North West of England. The league is currently at the sixth tier of the English women's football pyramid.
The league was founded in 2002 and consists of 12 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the North West Women's Super League.
The current champions of the North West Women's Regional League are Bury AFC Women. Bury AFC Women won the league in the 2021-22 season.
