Pitch was terrible. very bumpy surface, hard to play football on the deck.

We never really settled into the game.

We were the better side throughout, but the pitch made it hard.

We didn't react to 2nd and 3rd balls very well and the seemed to be picking up many of the stray balls.

We didn't pick our men up on corners a few times and were lucky to get out of it with a few scrambles in the box.

Most of our good play came from a minimal amount of passes then a ball OTT or into the corners.

we played well when we didn't rush and remained calm.

Caoimhin didn't give us much in the #10 role and Tomas done much better when he moved in there.

Deano worked hard and dealt with his man well.

Sean Corr was giving us plenty of attacking threat up top.

Tucker came on and done a good job as part of a 5 man midfield

Tom K was very good when he came on too.

overall it was a hard fought victory on a bad pitch that did not suit us.

Opposition notes:

slow at the back, balls over the top were successful and would work better on a bigger pitch.

they were a long ball team going route one most of the time.

Not much quality, although there firsts didnt have a game and I think a few came on.
