How do players confirm their availability?

Players receive automated alerts via email, SMS or push notification and can confirm their availability in a couple of clicks. They can choose yes, no or maybe and add an optional message. Responses can be changed at any time and set months in advance.

Can I chase players who haven't responded to availability requests?

Yes. You can re-request availability from non-responders with one click. You can also manually set responses on their behalf if needed.

Can parents respond to availability alerts on behalf of their child?

Yes. Parents and guardians can easily respond to availability alerts on behalf of their child. Each child can have multiple contact details to ensure all parents are actively involved with team communication.
