MATCH REPORT #BJFC 2-7 Delph and Safety

Well that didn't go well.

During the match we compiled a list of excuses: 1) the opposition weren't better footballers than us, but they were faster, better at finishing and man-marked to perfection 2) without our captain, leader and legend we lacked a vital amount of organisation 3) the referee couldn't control the match, and therefore things got out of hand 4) this lot probably weren't Delph and Safety, my guess is that they were a first division team judging by the time we played 5) temperature exceeded that of the average day in the red waste 6) Teddy didn't miss the bus 7) we may have been complacent 8) Tom was nearly killed 9) Jake Hawkyard had his mind on saving lives rather than saving shots 10) the ball was a size 4.5 11) they got Sproston drunk the night before 12) Harry Van Der Hoek turned up in a cap 13) we still don't know who the Gaffer is 14) William Nicoll is still unsure whether his goal was given or not 15) they were shit 16) we were worse 17) they bribed the ref 18) we were (and still are) worried about James Edwards and Ryan Craig 19) none of their goals crossed the line 20) they killed Tom 21) Niall no longer has functional knees, achilles or testes 22) Teddy's worldie was enough to win the game 23) we actually won

Great hussle boys. Well-deserved win.
