A match under a hot sunny weather in Yishun takes place when Chestercity FC takes on Jungfrau FC for the first time. Jungfrau who had a couple of young players was out to impress on the field. City on the other hand welcome Fred and Naufal for one game only. Deploying 3-2-3-2 formation with Amin in goal, Parry, Xavier and Ryan was at the back, the holding midfielders were captain Zahrul and Indra, Anon Naufal and Mizan were given attacking roles behind strikers Airul and Ridwan.

Jungfrau showed excellent touches and team play and they nearly took the lead but the shot went over.

Then referee awards City a penalty. Airul quick feet takes him past 2 defenders but only to be brought down in the box. Indra converts the spotkick giving the keeper no chance in the 23rd minute.

2 minutes later, Jungfrau level the score. With Amin hesitating on coming out for the ball, opponents simply shoots low to make it 1-1.

Then another penalty awarded to City this time referee had no choice after Jungfrau left back handled the ball in the box. Subtitute Bob sent his penalty well wide.

Jungfrau took control of the game and I side 33 mins, the scored. Fred then came on for Xavier with Mizan pushing in as left back to a change 4-4-2 formation.

City tried to push on all fronts but Jungfrau hold on to the scoreline till the interval.

Second half, saw a better City holding on to possession, stroking the ball more swiftly compared to the first. Zahrul in particular stop all flow of attack limiting the supply of attack from the Jungfrau players.

Anon was running riot down the flanks, and he deservedly earn his first goal of the club when his long range effort crept between the crossbar and Jungfrau keeper. All level at 2-2.

Ridwan had one glorious opportunity, pacing down Naufal's delicate pass, Ridwan broke Jungfrau's offside trap and he manages to head the ball pass the goalkeeper only to be caught in the penalty box by the onrushing custodian high knee which Ridwan stayed down for few minutes. Referee again points to the spot.

And with Bob missing his initial spotkick, Airul refusing to take it and Ridwan whom is still dazed from that tackle, Indra steps up and converted yet another wonderful penalty to put City infront.

Anon was then replaced giving trialist Danial a run out. The young lad showing great quick feet and confidence to take on players.

Of a sudden, Jungfrau scored. City players was fuming when Jungfrau forward was clearly offside when the goal went in.

Fred then replaced Ridwan upfront. Had one glorious opportunity to win the game but he can only side foot his shot wide meters out.

Referee brings the game to an end.

Ridwan commented," Jungfrau had a couple of decent and exciting players, one to look for in the future. Their management have done well moulding this players and I think they can represent the country. Having said that, I'm happy with the performance of the lads. Danial was a gem. I think he will turn out to be a great player. Will sign him soon and next week game against Apex Rangers will be his official debut for the club. Great lad, quick feet. The lads finally found their feet after last week lost and I sense a win coming in future games. We are currently on pre-season and I feel that the players will bond and their teamwork is excellent."
