Away league match played on 25 September 2016.
Kicked off at 10:00 AM

Despite missing Dan Walker and Woody through Holiday and Ross Bailey through er... erm... feeling unwell.... Heddon triumphed 5-0 against an always solid Hexham team on a pitch that doesnt help our passing game in any way.

Player synopsis:

Wads: Little to do but what he had to do was very well done.

Cieran: Solid on and off the ball, spot on.

Joe Slade: Sober, played very well - was LATE!. Looking like a great partnership with scoobs

Scoobs: Commanding presence at the back as always

Ramma: up and down the wing as usual. never got beat as usual.

Appaz: great to see back, worked the ball like a magician as always!

Flem: playing out of his skin on and off the ball at the minute

Elliott: man of the match again (given by opposition) and rightly so. Ran the show.

Murta: Great on the ball, megged the LB 3 times. 2 good goals. Hangover played into less work off the ball this week than last which meant he couldn’t get a 9 in the ratings!

Sean: 2 goals and looking right back on firm. Hamstrings made of cheese though - pitch didn’t help

Frank: class on the ball again, lead the line like a beast. Hangover didnt help workrate off the ball but effort there until he had nowt left!

Neil: Kept the ball like a beast when came on, didnt look out of place

Richie: Came on and scored again! effort right up there as is his confidence - keep it up!

Tom A: Didnt look out of place, winger never had a kick when he came on. Spot on

JOD - should have been sent off on this pitch for a second time, luckily we were winning 5-0 at the time! Dared to shout back when out of position and both managers screamed at him, was told in no uncertain terms not to do that again! Played really well other than those two incidents - where is the Heddon bypass?!
