Lads Club Juniors U12 welcomed Wellington Youth U12 Juniors to Widemarsh Common on the morning of 19 April 2026 for a league home match that kicked off at 10:30am. The 9-a-side contest lasted 60 minutes plus added time, with Lads Club Juniors running out comfortable 6-0 winners in a commanding display.

Deploying a 3-4-1 formation, Lads Club Juniors set up with Lucas Price in goal, protected by a back three of Charlie Clueit at right defender, Archie Rigby centrally, and Charlie Arnold on the left. The midfield quartet consisted of Thomi Scoular on the right, Zayn Prosser and Finn Jones occupying the central midfield roles, and Joseph Lee on the left. Leading the line was striker Oscar Jones, supported just behind him in an attacking midfield role. The formation was designed to provide defensive solidity with three at the back, while the four midfielders aimed to control possession and supply the lone striker with chances.
