After the last two defeats the tangerines were looking for a win with the league back in full swing we had a full squad. The team turned up and with just a quick warm up due to it being on 4g and quick turn arounds. The first half kicked off and straight from the go it was fast paced with the ball going from end to end. Seven minutes past and with a cross from Conor into the box Stel put it past the keeper to give us the lead.

Substitutions were made in the first half and Matthiola had some chances on goal as did Pilks but two minute from the end of the first half Pilks equalled the game, the game restarted and from no where pilks got possession of the ball and put a second past Harry giving them the lead at the end of the half.

The second half started and with Conor back on the pitch he did not waste any time putting a blinder past pilks keeper to equal the score. With the ball going in both directions pilks took advantage of a slip in the defence and and scored on the thirty first minute. Subs were made but Matthiola could not catch a break, shots came from both side but both keepers were on form with more subs made and Kieran replacing Tom the fresh legs showed and from just outside the box Kieran took a shot and scored. With the score equal and only 6 minutes left it looked like a draw was on the cards but out of no where pilks number fifteen who had given 100% scored in the forty seventh minute Baden was brought on and Conor in the last minute to try and give us that goal but it wasn't meant to be and the final whistle blew leaving Matthiola with their first league defeat in nine games.

Man of the match went to Harry Smee for his outstanding performance through out the game.
