NWFC2 6 vs 2 Upper clatford

Game started very slow in the first 5 minutes or so for the wanderers however their tempo was killed when Callum put the first goal in after a good through ball from Wes. From that point netheravon got control of the game and put in a second goal through Ben from a free kick. Broughton came back into the game scoring a goal 20 minutes from a very good goal chipping it over the keeper. The lads didn’t let this affect us and went and pushed for the 3rd goal through josh. Shortly after that clatford went on and scored a 2nd through sloppy defending. shortly before half time netheravon were given a penalty which clatford’s Lino wasn’t happy with and then went and flagged offside (player was 5 yards onside) so the ref overturned it and we went in to the break 3-2 up.

As for the second half the wanderers were untouchable with Callum scoring the 4th after a good turn outside the area and a good strike low and hard. Netheravon controlled the game from this point on, a 5th goal came through a bit of luck when webby delivered a wonderful free kick and clatfords defender put it in his own net. Finally a well deserved goal from webby after 3 great performances on the bounce he got his deserved goal to finish the game 6-2.
