A useful friendly match with lots of goals. On his return from various injuries, CHA HENDERSON, playing in his first game for months, scored FOUR TIMES, twice set up by excellent passes from Younes Essadiki and also with a long range hit over the goalkeeper from just inside the Greens’ half. Skipper for the day AKRAM BYFANZI opened the scoring, heading a Harald Martins’ corner home, and he then added a second later to take his goal tally for the season so far to 12. HARALD MARTINS, another player returning after a long lay-off, scored from close in and registered two assists, trialist NASER scored with a fine drive coming in from the right and then, just before the final whistle, YOUNES ESSADIKI powered a strike into the net from outside the box to complete the scoring.

KYLE McPHEE, making his debut in goal, was rarely called into action but when he was, however, he made three high class saves and looked very competent overall.

A very straightforward win with, in particular, above average performances from Zoro at right back and, both in attack and when defending, Abdulmajeed Alqadhi in midfield.
