Old Stamfield welcomed Reading to Banbury on 10 May 2026 for a crucial league encounter, kicking off at 4:30pm. The changes paid dividends as Spencer marked his introduction with a headed goal in the 81st minute. Assisted by a header from Eduardo Camavinga, Spencer rose close to the goal to nod home, sealing the emphatic 3-0 victory for Old Stamfield.
Shortly after, in the 84th minute, Florian Sarosi was substituted for Fredrik Wirz as the home side looked to maintain their defensive solidity and see out the match comfortably.
