Cheadle and Gatley JFC Hur 1 vs 2 Prestwich FC Thunder

The lads really dug this one out of the bag this morning. With bare numbers, Dayne for a the first half, a crocked Fynn and the return of Jimmy Jones we knew this was going to be ?? effort from everyone. Despite that we jumped into a 2-0 lead and if chances we created went our way we really could have been out of site. Cheadle game back into it with what was a scruffy bit of play but a well finished goal HT 1-2. 1-2 it remained, we’ll definately look back at this one as one of the hardest 3 points earned this season. We are really proud of the effort they all put in today ???? Special mentions for James and Fynn, both boys were totally committed to helping the team, it could have been easy to say no when asked to support us but they didn’t. It just shows the unity we have with this group ????MOTM - Alex, total determination all game running the forward line today???? We remain top of the league shop, let’s hope for a Droylsden slip up this afternoon at home to Glodwick?? Well done Thunder ????
