On 20 June 2026, Pro Shottas U15 Spurs hosted United Stars Alliance at the BFA Technical Center in a league neutral match kicking off at 12:30pm. The Spurs delivered a commanding performance, running out 13-0 winners in a one-sided 70-minute encounter.
Deploying a 4-2-3-1 formation, Pro Shottas U15 Spurs set up with Christopher Palmer in goal, protected by a back four of Jaaziel Codogan at right back, Ben Hutton and Romario Mason as central defenders, and Nikkeil Freeman on the left. The midfield double pivot featured Shamari Maynard and Zayne Galt, tasked with both defensive duties and linking play. Ahead of them, the attacking trio consisted of Roshae Edwards on the right, Kaleb Catwell centrally as the attacking midfielder, and Rocalico Welch on the left, supporting lone striker Kevio Bellamy. This setup promised a balance of defensive solidity and attacking creativity, with full-backs expected to support wide play and midfielders to control the tempo. The substitutes named were Raiden Lee, Cairo Noel-Gill, and Kaden Forde.
The match burst into life early as Roshae Edwards opened the scoring in the fourth minute, capitalising on a long pass from Ben Hutton inside the box. Just four minutes later, Kevio Bellamy doubled the lead following a precise long ball from Shamari Maynard, showcasing the Spurs’ quick transition from defence to attack. Bellamy was on the scoresheet again immediately after, netting with his right foot inside the box from an assist by Kaleb Catwell in the ninth minute.
Pro Shottas continued to press, and the 15th minute saw a flurry of goals. Kevio Bellamy turned provider, setting up Zayne Galt for a close-range finish with his right foot, followed swiftly by Catwell himself scoring from close range inside the box, again assisted by Bellamy. The midfield then got involved as Shamari Maynard found the net in the 19th minute, extending the lead further.
The attacking momentum did not relent, with Roshae Edwards scoring his second goal in the 28th minute from a close-range right-footed finish after a cross from Kaleb Catwell. The following minute, Catwell struck again, this time from a close-range right-footed effort assisted by Jaaziel Codogan. Bellamy then completed a quickfire hat-trick in the 30th minute with a spectacular screamer from a long pass by Maynard.
Before the break, Maynard continued his fine form by setting up Zayne Galt for a long-range screamer in the 34th minute, rounding off a dominant first half that saw Pro Shottas lead 11-0 at the interval.
Shortly after half-time, tactical substitutions were made with Raiden Lee replacing Zayne Galt and Cairo Noel-Gill coming on for Roshae Edwards in the 36th minute. The changes did not slow the scoring as Cairo Noel-Gill quickly found the net in the 39th minute, tapping in a close-range right-footed finish from a cross by Bellamy.
The second half saw a slight lull in goals until the 55th minute when left-back Nikkeil Freeman joined the scoring with a close-range tap-in using his right foot, demonstrating the full-back’s attacking contribution. An injury forced another substitution in the 56th minute, with Kaden Forde replacing Jaaziel Codogan at right back.
Forde made an immediate impact by scoring in the 66th minute, converting a close-range tap-in from a cross delivered by Bellamy, who continued to be the creative fulcrum throughout the match.
Pro Shottas U15 Spurs’ comprehensive 13-0 victory was a testament to their clinical finishing, fluid attacking play, and solid defensive organisation. Kevio Bellamy was instrumental, directly involved in numerous goals both as scorer and provider, while the midfield and wide players consistently supported the front line. The tactical substitutions maintained the team’s intensity and goal threat deep into the second half, ensuring a dominant display from start to finish.
