19th Oct (Motorola), Saturn registered a big win over Motorola R&D team but the bonus part is clean sheet for RS thanks to our RS’s Gk, Khoo solid performance & good defending from RS defender.
The game held in a good weather, no raining since now is the “Kau Ong Ea” period but instead of that most of RS player complain abt the bumpy & tall grass field. The games start with RS need to borrow 1 player from Motorola R& D team thanks to the late arrival from some of RS team player & guest player.
RS Left Winger, Lau find some difficulties in dribbling on the left flank of the field since the grass is tall cover the uneven field but that’s can’t prevent him from scoring the 1st goal for RS. He fools the defender to the left then dribble the ball to right & fire cracker shot toward opponent goal post which left Motorola team Gk, Sabri (like TatKin always says) eat grass.
The 2nd Goal for RS come from our RS Top scorer’s Wong superb header thanks to the assist from CL. CL cross in a beautiful cross from the right side which accurately met Wong’s head. CL now registered 8 assist for the season which left RS winger Lau worried.
Near the last 10 min of the 1st half, havoc occur infront of RS Goal Post as the RS defender unable to clear out the ball. The ball keeps bouncing to the Motorola attacker feet but luckily they unable to covert the chance. Motorola tried to close in with several wave of attack but luckily the solid defending lead by Andy Lau able to break down the oppo attack.
2nd Half Report
3rd goal for RS come from superb solo performance from our star forward Chong Seng. Chong Seng easily dribble past Motorola right back & fire in the absolute cracker which left Motorola’s Sabri eat grass again. That why the grass near the Oppo goal post is shorter.
4th Goal for RS come from the corner. Like always, RS Winger Lau take the corner from the left side, wimp in a beautiful cross which accurately meet SK superb header. The looping ball manage to push out by Motorola Gk, Sabri then hit the upper goal post bouncing outward & goal scoring machine Wong head in the ball.
The last goal for RS, a thru pass which pass all the Motorola’s defense left between Motorola Gk & SengBak who rushing in like a Mad Dog pressure Motorola Gk to make mistake by kicking out the ball to the right side which met CL. CL the easily tap in the ball.
