Seds U11 blue v Rusthall Victor U11

After last weeks opener in our debut season in the Crowborough League going very well in a very close game spirits were high going into week 2.

With a slow a scrappy start to the game we found ourselves struggling to get into the game with the visitors on top for the first 20 mins but towards the end of the half seds found their rhythm and started to play ourselves back into the game.

The second half started much better and started to get a grip on the game and for the first time in the match were on topfir long periods of time. After a great effort coming back off the bar and what would of been a deserved goal for seds our opponents found some form again and this led to an exciting last 5 mins and some great saves from our stand in keeper for the day Thomas Willis in for the absent Tommy Coleman kept the game alive. A well fought battle with Rusthall Victor and look forward to the return fixture

Well done boys good spirited hard fought display and look forward to our away trip to Langton Green next Saturday.
