Saturn Royale First 0 vs 4 Southletico FC

First game for a brand new team and coming off the back of 3 solid games 24 scored and only 3 conceded.

Started very nervy and Saturn could of and should of probably been in front rattling the bar 3 times and putting the pressure on Southletico from the start.

Through preseason we have been injury free so 13 minutes in Clayton had to come off after tripping on some grass.

44 mins in and was it a shot or a cross (most defo a cross) in sneaks a grasscutter from Danny. 45 mins and shambles from the goalkeeper lets Chad score his first league goal. 2-0 to Southletico at the break. Did we deserve it probably not but this is the position we find ourselves in.

Half time break sees Lucas withdraw through injury.

Second half Saturn sat higher allowing Southletico to use pace in behind this worked to good effect as H and Si were able to add to the tally in the second half.

Mark after working so hard through preseason became foulf of the oppositions frustration and another injury.

4-0 Southletico was the final score. First game out the way and more to come im sure.
