Poor show from us on the 28th Feb versus Greengairs in Divisional Cup as our defence of the trophy ended with a bit of a whimper.

We started great, on the front foot and in total control. Eman whipping in a great ball from left wing which was turned home by the Greengairs defender as Leo pressed. Albion were looking dangerous with most of our attacks in the first 15mins but were pegged back to a somewhat fortunate equaliser - the big striker for Greengairs looked to be trying to cross but the ball looped high over Cammy in goals for the equaliser. This gave our visitors a lift and they came more into game. We then lost a bad goal before halftime when we didnt deal with a through ball. 1-2 at half-time with Greengairs finishing the half stronger.

Into 2nd half and Greengairs sat in, defended well and hit on the break. We didn't make enough clear openings and Greenagairs deserved to go through. Good luck to them in the competition as they deservedly progress to semis.

MOTM - too many of our players below their best - Tyler and Ellis the only ones close to their levels with Ellis taking the award on the day.
