30 minutes extra time played. Ghana Stars won the penalty shootout.

Tilehurst YM were knocked out of the Berks and Bucks Cup after losing 4-2 on Penalties after the game ended 1-1 after Extra Time.

With the game not kicking off till gone 11.00am, YM started well and were the better side in the first half. Ghana Stars were restricted to long range stots which were easy for the returning Bobby Buck to gather.

With the game ending 0-0 after 90 minutes the game went to Extra Time. 5 minutes into Extra Time YM took the lead. Joe Edwards was fouled on the right hand side giving YM a free kick in a dangerous area, Ben Cannon put in a great cross and Matt Gill's powerful header ended up in the back of the net.

Ghana stars were then awarded a Penalty when Mike Shanks bought down one of the Ghana players. The penalty was finished well sending Buck the wrong way. With the game heading for Pens both sides had chances with the best falling to Mike Moston who saw his shot saved by the Ghana Stars Keeper. The game went to Pens.....
