Away league match played on 10 March 2013.
Kicked off at 11:30 AM

Onto the second game and again Cuzer shuffled the pack to ensure game time was shared around, Kieron P and Stefan making their first UNITS starts
We lined up Mala, Kieron P, Chinner, Barney, Taylor, Stefan, Ashton, Coco, Pountney, Trigger & Azza
Subs were
Si H, Baker, Ross, Acer & Gilo

Wilden finished the first game strong to give them a bit of hope for the 2nd game and Cuzer reminded the UNITS of this and not to be complacent

Probably the worst thing that could of happened to us did as within 3 minutes we were in front again, Trigger was released down the channel, crossed low for Azza who superbly spun his marker and cooly stroked home from 8 yards
It was all too comfortable for the UNITS and we went on to miss 2-3 sitters, Azza did well to beat his man and cross for Trigger who had time but opted to volley and volley wide from 10 yards when he could have had a touch
Trigger was released again and beat the keeper to the through ball only to see his effort roll inches wide of the post
The UNITS should have closed the game out but we were wasteful and with their first attempt on target Wilden got level from a corner their centre half rose highest to power a header past Mala and the defender on the line from 10 yards 1-1
We should have gone back in front right on half time when after some lovely football Pountney set up Ashton and their keeper made a great save at his near post clawing Ashton's drive away for a corner which came to nothing

HT 1-1

Cuzer was far from happy with the wastefulness of the UNITS as Wilden sensed vulnerability and credit to them within 5 minutes of the 2nd half they took the lead, their winger got away from Kieron too easily, pulled the ball back and Mala made the initial save but the rebound was forced home

The UNITS were still creating plenty of chances and the equaliser duly arrived 5 minutes later Azza doing well to make space for a shot which the keeper could only parry and Pountney was on hand to finish to make it 2-2

Trigger then volleyed a fine Coco cross against the bar, from the clearance Chinner whipped in another lovely cross which this time Trigger finished with a clincal headed finish only to be denied by the linesmans flag

From an aimless punt downfield Wilden took the lead, the UNITS were slow to attack the ball resulting in their forward holding the ball up, playing in the runner who had his shot blocked by Chinner but again Wilden were quicker to the loose ball and their lad poked home from 6 yards 3-2

The end to end game continued when with 15 minutes left we drew level, Kieron passed to Azza some 35 yards out, Azza skinning his man, cutting inside and rifling into the bottom corner from 20 yards, fine finish to once again square things up

Shortly after Si replaced Kieron to add some steel to the back line, it was now game on and Wilden were throwing men forward in search of a winner

Ross replaced Trigger with Pountney going up top as we also searched for the next goal. It was indeed the UNITS who got it, as we cleared a corner far up the pitch Azza charged down the attempted ball back in and raced away from the halfway line before finishing clinically past the advancing keeper

Cuzer then replaced Ashton with Baker as we looked to hold on to the lead and we held out in the end fairly comfortably, one dangerous cross was defended well on the far post by Si Hollick but Mala was left mainly untroubled for the last 5 minutes or so as we got a deserved but difficult 2nd victory

Man of the match in the 2nd game went to Azza who took the game by the scruff of the neck in the second half especially and completed a fine hat trick which ultimately got us out of jail
