Good Morning Boys,

I have done some analysis this morning on the Veo for you. Parents please find the clips section so the boys can see the notes and the clips I have put on.

I thought it was an average performance Sunday. I thought we started the game very poorly and slowly. It's fully understandable as I know some of us are still finding our feet and rhythm in the season after the summer. It will of course come.

I thought too often there were too many touches being taken and as a consequence allowed them to get closer to us and be in the way. They were an average side Sunday boys and what we done to them in the 3rd and 4th should've been over the course of the entire game.

As the game went on, after watching back we dominated more than I had first thought. We linked fairly well and found Jude/Carter as our 9s brilliantly, you two just make sure when holding up you're looking to bring others in quickly or roll (we will do work on this). But I still want more domination in weeks to come boys, specifically when playing at home.

I have highlighted some occasions on the Veo where our press is really poor. Rory, Oscar and Avery at times we looked all over the place. We will retouch on this, however, I know you boys do understand it. There needs to be more trust between us that the player you're leaving behind when jumping will be picked up from someone else.

Overall boys, steady steady performance. Let's continue to work hard in training and push each other.
