Honestly very proud of all of your efforts on Sunday. With the bare 7 against a very physical side on a very tough pitch including the wind on the day, I thought it was a positive performance!

Every single one of really worked your socks off and didn't deserve to lose the game! I actually thought we created enough early to get ahead in the game with some great moments of play.

I always thought it was going to be tough in the 3rd and 4th as we started to tire but also go into the wind. But in the 3rd period I actually thought we were the better side! Avery and Oscar, I thought you both had a really positive game and cleaned up well.

I thought Sunday for the most part we pressed well and forced mistakes from them. Jude you have to make sure you match this when playing these teams and making sure you're being nice and aggressive when trying to win the ball.

Honestly overall it just highlights to me how good we are for one but also that we should be playing in the Gold semi finals as I thought they were an average side. With our full squad we win the game in my opinion.
