The team was formed in 2020 by a group of former Farnham Town players who wanted to continue playing football after they had reached the over-40s age group. The team has since grown to become one of the largest Sunday league teams in the south of England, with over 50 players registered.
A.F.C. Farnham Vets Development play their home games at the Memorial Ground in Farnham. They have a strong rivalry with their local rivals, Farnham Town Vets.
