Andover New Street Vixens is a girls' football team for players aged 9 and under. The team was founded in 2022 by Ali, a football development officer at Andover New Street Youth FC. The team currently has 12 players, all of whom are from Andover and the surrounding area.
Training
The team trains once a week at Knights Enham Junior School. The sessions are run by Ali and a team of experienced coaches. The sessions focus on developing the girls' skills and teamwork.
Competitions
The team competes in the Hampshire Girls Youth Football League. The league is made up of teams from all over Hampshire. The Vixens have had a successful season so far, winning several of their games.
Future
The Vixens are a young team, but they have a lot of potential. The players are all enthusiastic and committed to the sport. The team is looking forward to continuing to develop and compete in the future.
