ASC Ajax is a Dutch football and cricket club, established in 1918 as a merger of the Leidsche Cricket- en Football-Club Ajax and Leidsche Athletiekvereeniging De Sportsman.
The club is based in Oegstgeest, South Holland, and currently plays in the Tweede Klasse (2nd tier) of the amateur football league system in the Netherlands.
ASC Ajax has a long and rich history, and has produced a number of notable players, including Rinus Michels, who went on to manage the Dutch national team to victory in the 1974 FIFA World Cup.
Recent History
