The Manchester Football League Limited (MFL) is an amateur football league based in Greater Manchester, England. The league was founded in 1906 and currently consists of 128 teams divided into four divisions.
The MFL is one of the oldest and most respected amateur football leagues in England. The league has produced a number of professional footballers, including Gary Neville, Phil Neville, and Paul Scholes.
The MFL season runs from August to May. The top two teams in each division are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the next division.
The MFL cup competition is the Manchester Football League Challenge Cup. The cup competition is open to all teams in the MFL. The cup winner qualifies for the FA Vase.
