AXI Football Club is a Bangladeshi professional football club based in Dhaka. The club was founded in 2017 and currently competes in the Bangladesh Premier League, the top division of football in Bangladesh.
History
AXI Football Club was founded in 2017 by a group of businessmen and football enthusiasts. The club's first chairman was Ahsanul Haque, and the club's first head coach was Brazilian coach Emerson Leao.
AXI Football Club made their debut in the Bangladesh Premier League in the 2018 season. The club finished in 9th place in their debut season.
In the 2019 season, AXI Football Club finished in 6th place. The club also reached the final of the Bangladesh Federation Cup, but lost to Bashundhara Kings.
