History.The latest version of the British Airways Sunday side took shape 3 years ago following the folding of the Barnhill FC team. Several of the Barnhill team worked for BA and approached the committee about re-forming a team to play under the name of BA Sunday in the Hayes and District League. Despite running many successful Saturday sides BA had not run a Sunday side for several years their proposal was accepted and BA Sunday was born, again!
The majority of the team this evening has been playing together since Ickenham United under 13’s in the early 90’s. To still be playing together after all these years is a great achievement. Next stop Vet’s league!!!
